Champagne Salon was created in 1911 by Jean-Aimé Salon, a bon vivant with a passion for Blanc de Blancs. I have tasted many bottles of Salon but this was perfect, the right moment and time, it showed all its full potential and was drinking wonderfully, as good as it gets when there are bubbles.
