I am sitting in Cambodia, here for my annual visit to some of the holly temples of Angkor. Here the temperatures are 37°C and more, the sun beats down, we leave at 05h00 to visit the sites avoiding the high heat. Later we sit and enjoy the dry air, the air crackles under an umbrella. It becomes clear that when fruit looks so good, it tastes so good.
