This was not my first visit to a local market in Cambodia and it won’t be my last. The local markets have a very positive vibe, the vendors smile, and are generally friendly and often shy. The chicken in Cambodia looks awful, but it’s what they are used to. This young woman uses a meat cleaver to do the job and she is efficient and experienced.
