Blind Manners Matter

Imagine a city that has manners for blind people, well imagine Japan, a place where manners matter. If you look carefully wherever you walk you don’t see people in sweatpants and even the street people are very orderly.

The sidewalks in Japan are clean and often filled with yellow leg go looking tracks, a braille to help guide the blind. You can also find it in the back stairways of many buildings, beer cans, and almost everywhere else braille. I think this Texan best says it in her general explanation manners:
