The cuisine in Bhutan has its own focus and sometimes we needed to simplify and divide our Bhutanese experiences with a western breakfast and veer away from chilly and cheese. The potatoes in Bhutan are primary part of their diet, except at this time of the year we are still waiting for the new crop in the early fall.
