There are few places on this globe where you’ll find a Fedex employee who knows as much about food. We met him by chance, in-store Santa Barbara, we were discussing local restaurants (the Lark) with the shop owner and in walks Fedex. He was a familiar face and he jumped into our conversation and named his best eating experiences. He is a well-travelled foodie, and had a good perspective on American cuisine, and is not what you expect from a typical Fedex courier at all – that’s what makes America.
