Who ever thought about breakfast, or who eats breakfast so early. Your body wakes up and your metabolism has been resting. So what do you feed it?
There are so many opinions about what to put into your system and certainly if you look at classical diets of Asia, fish, rice and soup. In our case, we do not eat fish outside of Japan, except in Greece from time to time. We are not snobs, we are used to expert fish handling and that makes a huge difference in quality. I will make a future post on tuna fish to illustrate what I mean.
These days we discovered a bread named the “kitchen sink” and we add almond butter, a spicy orange marmalade with jalapeño and guava fruit jam. The end result is an amazing breakfast that has a zing!
