This fish is scary, and is made with mayonnaise, and all kinds of other horrifying ingredients. Definitely not healthy in our books, plenty of calories, despite claiming to be organic wild caught, it is awful looking and sac religious. The ignorance of consumers promotes these kinds of pseudo chefs, who are for the most part non-Japanese.
I know Americans sometimes think sushi is their own re-invention, and restaurants and shops serve sushi in all types and forms, but American’s are bastardizing sushi more and more, giving the impression that sushi has no boundaries. Inventing is one thing, bastardizing is another.
