I purchased this sirloin several times from the local grocer. I was reluctant given the breed is wagyu, and I am not fond of foreign breeds outside Japan. What intrigues me is the beef is grass feed, raised in New Zealand, it is not overly fatty or marbled and had good consistency and flavor.
“Their animals are 100% grass-fed on free-range pastures, as nature intended. The ingredients are fresh water, clean air, and sunshine. New Zealand’s best farmers, stress free animals, and a supply chain managed by people who understand and value the perfect steak”.
