“Black Fowl Asterac-Bigorre”

Chicken was a favorite of King Henry IV, (700 years ago) it was for many years the traditional dish on Sunday: boiled chicken. Black fowl chicken has been established for centuries in the backyard of Gascony, one of the finest areas in France for rich foods and quality products. Finally it has been resurrected becoming a trademark and a member of slow food, “Black Fowl Asterac-Bigorre” – an excellent and natural product.
