Gâteaux Thoumieux /Jean-François Piège/

I have known Jean-François Piège since he worked with Alain Ducasse and he is a robust chef, talented and driven to succeed. The newest addition to his stables, a joyful pastry shop nearby restaurant Thoumieux in the 7th, a joint partnership operation between Thierry Costes and Jean Francois. I heard murmurs of partnership troubles but rumors spread quickly without justifiable causes.
