While the truffles season is still dismal, we are hopeful that the temperatures will drop to help improve the truffle propagation. These are cut from a truffle last night that was 122g, a white truffle from Langhe, where the crop this year is scarce, at least for now. The best way to enjoy truffles is over homemade pasta or over a fresh farmers egg.
