Turkey /Nor’easter/

How can we miss the Turkey? This bird was a Thanksgiving French bird, yes the chef said, “its French” so we celebrated with one of the smallish birds yet. We were grateful to our dear friend and chef for preparing it for us, as it was a last-minute request and he did an excellent effort.

More than 344,000 homes and businesses were without electricity while millions of Americans endured treacherous travel to get home for Thanksgiving meal only for many to find themselves dining in the dark Thursday. The Nor’easter is a macro scale storm along the upper East Coast of the United States and Atlantic Canada. It dumped up to 50cm of snow and slush from West Virginia to Maine on Wednesday.
