I was inspired by a visit to a bread maker and I decided to try something I’ve never tried without much hope. I am sorry to say, I am not a chef, nor a baker and I experiments from time to time. This is a wait and see type story – I fermented these seeds and then added my mother, rolled it into a ball by adding some rye flour and voila, I will bake it. I am afraid that this process seems healthy as rye flour has a low gluten content, but doesn’t make me get me too excited…let’s wait and see :-).
