Muscat of Saracen is a refined and delicious dessert wine produced mostly of muscat grapes. The juice making wine grapes malvasia and guarnaccia is concentrated to increase the sugar content, while the aroma and taste comes from muscatel grapes. After harvest the grapes are selected, dehydrated, and crushed by hand and then added to the must (first pressing) concentrated. After a long and slow fermentation you have a sweet amber with golden color, intense aromas and flavors of honey, and exotic fruits.
