Appius is the first blend, and the first wine of this type produced in South Tyrol by Hans Terzer. It is his “personal dream” and this cuvée is different every year. This is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon and is limited to 4000 bottles.
The straw yellow aromas of peach and apricot fruit, balanced by a crisp acidity and minerality give it the diversity and complexity it has.
