Octopus Memory

The name is clearly Greek, and the idea of an eight legged sea creature must have been a shock for fisherman when they first discovered it. The national fish in Greece, octopuses are considered intelligent with a learning capability that is debated among biologists but it is known that problem solving experiments show evidence of a memory system that can store both short and long-term memory.
