The past three weeks or more there has not been any sea urchin of any quality picked from the ocean’s of Hokkaido. Today we expect to taste the catch of the day. Uni is also considered an aphrodisiac by some and the sweet and creamy caviar is delicious when fresh. If you’ve ever tried sea urchin from north seas of Japanese, it isn’t salty and not a milligram of fishiness if its fresh.
