Suppon Daiski Matsukawa

I tried suppon at Daiichi in Kyoto and numerous times (shabu-shabu) at Sabu san’s old restaurant in Nishiazabu. I admit I adore suppon and this preparation is particularly good, in fact excellent. I do recall enjoying suppon at Matsukawa in the past: and the chef has his way. I am not a new comer to suppon and I’ve been eating it for almost 30 years.
