Yuzu fruit similar to a kind of sour orange, is widely used in Japanese food/cooking for its flavor. The yuzu aroma is identified by a compound, Yuzunone that contributes greatly to the distinct yuzu aroma.

Note: never use yuzu or truffle oils from a bottle as they are not the real deal and are mostly artificial.
