Chai Chai Chai

Sister asks me about it over and over again…so here it is…..lots of cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and mace. Then you need to use sugar to bind it together or temper it with heat. Then add a touch of chili, black pepper, turmeric, black tea, and of course fresh grated ginger and whatever you think will enhance the flavor. Reheat and add water and boil seven times and its ready after 24 hours of relaxing.
