The first bite is the sweetest!….a good example of chutoro, a delicate yet sweet flavored slice of tuna. You can get a sense of the quality by the color gradation of the second slice, it has a perfect look and you can almost taste it from the photo. This tuna was taken from a small section of the finest domestic tuna in Japan.
