I saw this shop as I was passing the neighbourhood and waited in lone 40 minutes to try it. I cannot say its the best taste, but ramen is all about individual style and this is heavy pork broth, deeply flavoured with plenty of condiments to cut fattiness.

Mutekiya literally means the unbeatable, and Mutekiya Ramen in Ikebukuro is considered one of the best Ramen in Tokyo so if you have the patience to line up, try it and take part in a soupy pork broth topped with eggs.
