Lung King Heen is located at the Four Seasons Hong Kong, I am told it’s the first Chinese restaurant to be awarded three Michelin stars. I tried it three times and overall I found it hit and miss but then again there were some dishes that were tantalizing, memorable and a truly an excellent surprise.
