There is something about French cuisine and technique that makes it often superb. The elegance, finesse and simplicity, use of raw materials in an intricate way without compromising balance of flavours or ideas. The classical French cuisine of Robuchon is in a class of its own, and from my experience I believe he is still one of the leading French chefs worldwide.
Chapeau to the chef Julien Tongourian who works diligently and captures the true essence of haute cuisine. The experience was excellent and the exceptional!
