Bagna Cauda @ Della Poste

Simple yet delicate enough to find its way onto the menu of Della Poste and deserving of a smile. Bagna Cauda is a Piedmont culinary specialty made with anchovies, olive oil and garlic. The name origins are ancient: and it is known that in the vineyards of Piedmont at the end of the Middle Ages the peasants were preparing Bagna Cauda for special occasions.
