Snow ice made with water from Mount Fuji by a machine that produces these fine shavings. Then fresh apple and pulp is used as flavouring – or using other ingredients such as kinako roasted soybean flour and kuromitsu  brown raw okinawan sugar and served here with sliced almonds. These are very popular deserts in Asia and especially delicious when made by using the right Japanese raw materials.
