I arrived to Tokyo and was off to the grocery shop when I spotted this red couch sea bream and realized how rare it is, and how incredibly fresh this fish is. This fish is just insanely fresh and its hard to believe I found it at Precce, a grocery shop in Tokyo’s midtown.
