An interesting opportunity to taste this exotic wine with lots of floral notes and a deeply concentrated fruit, and a lashing of mineral limestone and hints of toasted wood. The result was a collaboration between Winzer Armin Tement, and Eckstein Sommelier Albert Kriwetz. The wine maker Armin Tement and sommelier Albert Kriwetz made 8 barrels consisting of 40% Sauvignon Blanc Sernau, 40% Sauvignon Blanc Zieregg and 20% Morillon Zieregg, all harvested in 2012 and bottled in 2014.
