It isn’t often I try or enjoy cold noodles outside of Japan, but this preparation is most unusual and involves a refreshing combination of ingredients that really work when resting your gut at Viva Mayr.
So here we go:
1.Take buckwheat noodles and cook and then and shock them in ice water.
2. Chop some lemon grass crossways and thinly
3. Take a shallow skillet and place the lemon grass in and heat up by using a slight amount 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil and begin with low heat.
4. Add some Masala – a light version
5. Add some coconut milk
6. Add some tamari to color
7. Finish with some root vegetables and herbs as seen above.
