I have been going to Severo ever since my butcher Hugo Desnoyer recommended it some 25 years ago when I first met the former butcher William Bernet. I am always excited by the idea of “pommes frites” and they are superb, accompanied by a good oversized steak cooked to perfection.

What I like about Severo is the incredible humbleness, simplicity and hospitality, a French way of life, the cozy atmosphere for des amateurs de viande.
