Le bar Les Ambassadeurs at Crillon is piping busy, no doubt one of those crowded Parisian Hotel bars where mixing cocktails is more than a show. The setting is elegant-classical on the historic Place de la Concorde, the vibe rocks on weekends so finding a seat isn’t always easy but adjacent to the bar is opening a cool concept of drinks a la extérieur *don’t miss it featuring a sake concept and more.

The Negroni is still one of our favourite cocktails and the Crillon bar makes a mean negroni accompanied by dehydrated fruits and fancy ice ` no doubt a visit here is worthwhile.
