I remember way back when; I was drinking this Cote-Rotie in Ampuis and it was smashing. Now wind the clock forward 30 years and it’s just as great. The colour is luminous red and the flavours are all in tact with Rhone Valley tannins and aromas. Thanks to my friend Brogly for his insight in finding it and reserving it for us to drink.
