Farine Hte. Savoie

The flour from Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. Metral prepares flour compositions of the special bread flour Flours. I use this flour during the summer for bread and other preparations and the fine flour produces a nice finished product.
