Today was another sunny day in Alba. The city is bustling with locals and visitors alike. After a morning with Mascarello Mauro we drove to Alba and met up with friends. In town we came across some Pico fine white and we could not resist. The season is difficult but if you scour you can find a few good truffles here and there. This is 95 grams which is a decent size given the scarcity of Pico white this season. Tomorrow we will slice it over some fresh egg and pasta.
