The restaurant is Japanese chic and the atmosphere quiet at the counter. We were very pleasantly surprised we knew the manager, who is both manager and the sommelier. The chef is calm, polite and in complete control. There were multiple small courses focusing on seasonal ingredients and especially Hokkaido crab in season. There was a course of sashimi and a prize-winning meat which is pictured above. The cuisine delicate and intricate, and what you expect from a three star Michelin.
