Mozzarella di Cuneo /supplier/

I admit I had never heard of bufala in Cuneo but it’s true! I am not 100% convinced as the bufala farming at caseificio Moris seems relatively new, only 12 years. But they have been raising for the past century Piedmontese and Holstein cows. In 2002 they purchased their first 50 specimens and today they have almost 800, all of Italian Mediterranean race, producing they say, “the best milk”.
