We were lucky enough when to receive a courier from Lyon yesterday and inside was our favorite sweet from Lyon. The coussin de Lyon is a sweet specialty of Lyon, which is composed of chocolate and marzipan. It’s signature is the pale green marzipan pillow, with dark green netting, filled with a chocolate ganache flavored with curaçao. Thanks uncle Phil and Eve xoxoxoxo 🙂 …so happy!!!
