Japan starts to have a crisis as cases rise dramatically and the Japanese Government is accused of pretending and covering up the data by limited testing.
The change to the status will all depend on testing and we need to test. But testing doesn’t help everyone, it can certainly help healthcare workers and they should be tested as they are the core to our very survival. If we leave people vulnerable we cannot know who is sick and the only way to stop the spread is to watch carefully and control the 14 days asymptomatic period.
If we fail there or we neglect the importance of suppression it will hurt us way more than we can imagine and the money we throw at the system, a little too little, a little too late cannot save lives.
Tests are the first step in saving lives so we need to hurry and take Covid-19 more seriously.
