Zivieri Butcher – Italy

Ah…a really good butcher at last!

The Butcher Zivieri offers its customers beef Piedmontese breed derived exclusively from the farms of the Consortium “La Granda.”  All this to ensure full traceability is essential to recognize the flesh and to protect and inform the consumer. The Pig breed they offer is Cinta Senese and blackberry Romagna comes from herds of semi-wild selected.

These meats are in fact a particular assortment of intramuscular fat and therefore are quite savory, and unsaturated fatty acids, mono and polyunsaturated fats, such as omega-3 and omega-6.

The meats produced by this excellent raw materials are added only salt, pepper and spices. The choice of salt has been carried out with care: after doing a thorough research, we chose the “sweet salt” comes from the salt of Cervia, or a salt particularly rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium and calcium.
